Five things every solo coaching business needs, worked through in order and someone in your corner on the days you want to quit.
Six coaches, no more.
You Don't Need Another Strategy. You Need Someone to Keep You Going Until One Works.
FOR WOMEN COACHES OVER 50, BUILDING SOLO
You'll be taken to Heartbeat, that's where our calls, resources, and community live. Set up your account, complete payment, and you're in.
You stepped into something that had been nagging at you for a while. Maybe you worried whether your friends and colleagues would take this new version of you seriously. It matters that this works for more reasons than one.
So you started. And now you're deep in the marketing, the conversations, the offers, throwing things out there and waiting. But the clients aren't showing up, and you're doing an enormous amount of work for what feels like very little back. Enough that you've wondered whether you have what it takes.
But you can't ignore it.
You have something worth giving, and you want to use it. What's the point of all this wisdom, at this point in life, if it just sits there?
So how do you honor that and build a business that actually brings in clients and a steady income?
Working more, pushing yourself to do more, isn't necessarily the answer. You need the two things almost nobody has at the same time: a marketing structure that fits how you actually work, and the confidence to run it consistently.
Deciding to start your coaching work was hard enough.
Why does growing a coaching business have to feel this hard?
You'll be taken to Heartbeat, that's where our calls, resources, and community live. Set up your account, complete payment, and you're in.
You've tried learning all of it: messaging, posting, maybe even emailing that tiny list. And instead of feeling accomplished, you feel deflated and unsure any of it is landing.
That summit you were invited to present at had three people listening. You're fairly sure one of them was the host.
I hear the same things over and over:
"I feel like nothing I do is working."
"I'm all over the place and overwhelmed."
"No matter what I do, I can't get clients."
— three different women, same month.
There's no shortage of programs promising the latest million-dollar strategy. But you join, and you're one of two hundred people getting the same generic playbook and then left alone to implement it. Six months later you're no further along, just poorer and more tired.
Square one again.
Here's what's actually missing: those programs only ever solve half the problem.
They hand you a strategy and assume you'll run it.
But knowing what to do was only ever a small part of the real issue, doing it consistently, alone, while wondering if you're too late to be starting this, is.
You'll be taken to Heartbeat, that's where our calls, resources, and community live. Set up your account, complete payment, and you're in.

List Growth. Are enough of the right people finding you in the first place?
Email Marketing. Are you actually talking to them, consistently, in a way that builds trust?
Visibility. Are you showing up where your people already are?
Energy. Some weeks the problem isn't your marketing. It's that you're depleted and reading everything as failure. Knowing the difference changes what you do next.
Lead to Sales. Are your offers clear, and is the path to buying frictionless?
What if you finally had the support to shut out the noise, do what actually works, and get clients?
LEVEL
"I did the exercises we discussed before my prospective client call in the afternoon. It went really well — I ended up coaching for $500 more than I usually charge, got her on board as a client, and successfully pitched coaching her other employees. She's an HR Director at a pretty lucrative company."
That's what the Happy & Successful™ Business Mastermind is built for. It's capped at six coaches, not as a marketing tactic, but because I can't give this level of attention to more than that.
Six means I know you, your business, your offers, and where you personally get stuck.
Here's what I've found in twenty years of this: most coaches aren't missing all five. They're missing two or three.
Which means you're not so far from your goals.
The problem is that when you're scattered and frustrated, and maybe a little jaded by now, you can't see which pieces are missing. You're too inside it. That's not failing. It's just what happens when you're the strategist and the executor and the entire team.
We find the elements you're missing, in order, and we fix them one at a time.
There are five things every solo coaching business needs to bring in clients. They haven't changed in decades, and they won't. I assess them in a specific order, because they build on each other:
You'll be taken to Heartbeat, that's where our calls, resources, and community live. Set up your account, complete payment, and you're in.
$397/month. Six coaches, maximum.
One new client covers your investment for the year.
Two live calls (60–90 minutes). Marketing clarity, planning, and mind management. Take the hot seat with a specific project, a launch, an offer, a page that isn't converting or with the doubt that's stopping you from putting it out there. Bring whatever's actually in the way.
Voxer access. Monday through Thursday. Real-time support between calls. Send me a draft, a question, or the thing you've been circling for three days. And I check in with you, not a mass message, an actual "how did that go?".
Tools. Marketing templates, audience growth resources, and the systems I use for my own solo business, not theory, the actual working versions.
Full access to Solo Business Classroom. My practical and what’s working now marketing classes, normally $99–199/month on its own. Mastermind members get it at no additional cost, so when we identify a gap on a call, there's already a class waiting that covers it, if you need it.
The ElevatedMind® community on Heartbeat. Ongoing conversation, resource library, and a group of women building the same thing you are.
A small group, a clear plan, and support for both halves of the problem, the marketing and the mind.
Every month, you get:
The Happy & Successful™ Business Mastermind
You're not a beginner. You've run things, led people mabye, solved harder problems than this for sure. You already know most of what you need to know. You're self-directed, and you don't need someone explaining the internet to you (mostly).
What you need is someone to tell you which two or three pieces are actually missing, and then to work with you until they're in place.
That's what I do. We sort through what you've already built: the notes, the half-finished courses, the good intentions, and find where it's actually breaking, using LEVEL, in order. Not a generic playbook. A look at your specific business and your specific gaps.
And I'll be straight with you about one thing: this works if you do the work.
I'll give you the plan, even templates if appropriate, the feedback, and the push when you need it. But this isn't a program you can join and absorb. The women who get results here are the ones who show up, try it, come back with what happened, and adjust. If that's how you like to work, you'll do well here.
Women over 50 answering a calling, need a different kind of support.

You stay with it. This is the part most programs skip. We look at what actually happened, the data, not your feelings about the data. We refine the messaging. And when doubt shows up, or you're too tired to tell the difference between "this isn't working" and "I need a week off," you have someone to talk it through with. I check in on Voxer between calls. Plus a group of women doing the same thing, who'll notice if you go quiet.
You work on one thing at a time. You leave every call with a short, specific plan, not a list of forty things, the two or three that matter next. The Solo Business Classroom and tools give you what you need to execute it.
We find out where you are. We work through LEVEL in order, list growth first, then email, then visibility, then energy, then the path to the sale. Because there's no point optimizing your offers if not enough people are finding you yet. You'll know which two or three things are actually holding you back, and which ones can wait.
How it Works.

Launch Coach
I'm Michelle Sera
For the past twenty years I've done this work for a living: as Marketing Director at a $14 million coaching brand, as a senior copywriter for multiple companies, coaches, and 9-figure entrepreneurs, and as a coach to 2,192 solo business owners.
I've built digital products, run email marketing departments, and designed funnels that generated $1.4 million in a single year. I've managed five launches that each cleared a million in revenue. Clients have flown in from around the world to spend two days with me building their funnels.
So I know the marketing side cold.
But marketing was never the whole problem. Somewhere in those 2,192 people, I stopped being surprised by it: capable, smart women stalling out, not because they didn't know what to do, but because something in them wouldn't let them do it consistently.
So I went and studied that too. In 2021 I trained in belief work and studied happiness under Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar, the Harvard professor behind some of the most popular courses in the university's history.
In 2024 I studied brain-based mind management through the work of Professor Steve Peters.
My marketing expertise is broad. But my understanding of what actually gets in your way is what makes the difference.
I built the Happy & Successful™ Business Mastermind to be small on purpose - six coaches, no more. Not a program where you're one of two hundred and nobody notices if you disappear.
Here I know you. I know your business, your offers, and where you personally get stuck.
Private Sessions
In your first 30 days:
You'll start with two private sessions with me, just us, working on your specific business. We'll get your messaging clear enough that you can write a post, an email, or a sales page without staring at a blank screen wondering what to say.
From there, you'll build a marketing plan that fits how you actually work, not a plan built for someone with a team and forty hours a week.
And you'll learn to use AI as an actual assistant, so you can get more done as one person than you could before.
It takes work. I won't pretend otherwise. But it won't be complicated, and you won't be doing it alone or guessing whether you're on the right track.
Welcome.
5. What if I'm not tech-savvy? That's fine. Where tech is involved, we go slow and keep it simple. You'll also have templates and resources that make implementation easier.
6. Can I cancel my membership? Yes, any time. I only want you here if it's helping you. Worth knowing: leaving means giving up your spot, and I can't guarantee one will be open if you want to come back.
7. What if I can't attend a live call? All calls are recorded and available to review whenever works for you. You'll still have Voxer support and the group for questions in between.
8. Will this help if I'm struggling to get clients? That's the core of it. We'll work on your messaging, simplify your marketing so it's something you can actually sustain solo, and build systems aimed at bringing in clients in consistently, while also dealing with whatever's making you hesitate to put yourself out there. Usually both are in play.
1. Who is this mastermind for? Women building a solo coaching business who want clarity, a plan, and personalized support.
2. Do I need an established coaching business to join? You don't need to be far along, but you do need to be actively building, you've started coaching, or you're ready to start now, and you're prepared to do the work between calls. This isn't the right room if you're still deciding whether to pursue coaching at all. It's the right room if you've committed.
3. How much time will I need to commit? Two 60–90 minute group calls a month, plus implementation time based on your goals. Voxer support and the resource library mean you get help as needed without adding more to your calendar.
4. What makes this different? Two things. First, six spots, not sixty, not two hundred. I know your business, your offers, and where you get stuck, and I notice if you go quiet. Second, most programs hand you a strategy and assume you'll execute it. This one works on both halves: the marketing, and the doubt and hesitation that stop capable people from following through. Fixing one without the other is why so many programs don't stick.

You'll be taken to Heartbeat, that's where our calls, resources, and community live. Set up your account, complete payment, and you're in.
For a moment, put blinders on.
Shut out the noise, the overwhelm, the feeling of being pulled in a dozen directions.
Imagine sitting down tomorrow with no dread about what you have to do. Not necessarily because there's less to do, but because you know it's the right thing, and you know it's building toward something.
No more flying by the seat of your pants.
That's what I'd like to give you: a clear plan, someone in your corner, and six months from now, a business that looks different than it does today.
Six coaches. I'd like you to be one of them.
