How to connect your content, platforms, and presence to actual paying clients.
You’re creating content.
You’ve got a website.
Maybe even a freebie or a podcast.
But clients? Not showing up.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and you’re definitely not broken.
The real issue likely isn’t your offer.
It’s that there’s a missing (or broken) bridge between where people find you… and where they can say yes.
As a Coaching Business Growth Specialist, I’ve seen this again and again—especially with coaches who’ve been working hard to “be visible,” but aren’t seeing the sales come in.
Let’s walk through how to fix this, fast.
Here’s what most coaches believe: If I just show up more, I’ll get clients.
But visibility without strategy? That’s just noise.
If your Instagram bio doesn’t point to your current offer…If your podcast episode ends without a call-to-action…If your website has no way for people to take the next step...
You’re basically sending warm, ready-to-buy people straight into a dead end.
Most of the time, you’re not losing sales because you’re doing something wrong.
You’re losing them because your content and your offers aren’t connected.
To fix this, I did what I now call a Missing Money Check.
Here’s how it works:
I walked through my business like someone who just found me for the first time. And I asked: “If this is someone’s first touchpoint with me, can they figure out how to work with me?”
Here’s what I found:
✅ Instagram: Outdated profile. Link wasn’t working. Couldn’t even log in at first.
✅ Facebook Page: No website listed. That’s a hard stop for potential clients.
✅ Email Signature: Nailed it. Links to my free offer, newsletter, website, and socials.
✅ LinkedIn: Fine, but not pointing to anything specific. Needs work.
✅ Website: Current free offer front and center. Clear ways to sign up or buy. ✅
✅ Podcast: Great content, but inconsistent links in show notes to offers. Fixing that.
✅ YouTube Channel: Solid. Clear mention of free offer with links.
✅ Newsletter: Strong! Each one includes an offer and links to my content ecosystem.
Even as a seasoned coach, I still found gaps. So if this happens to you, it’s normal. And fixable.
You don’t need a new funnel.You don’t need a brand-new offer.
You just need to make it easy for clients to take the next step.
Here’s what I’m updating in my own business:
Instagram bio → clear CTA to current free offer
Facebook page → added website link
LinkedIn → tightening About section + linking to my free offer
Podcast → adding direct links to the service I mention
Blog articles → linking to my products and services wherever they fit naturally
Email automations → reviewing and reconnecting them to what I actually offer now
These are small tweaks that take less than 20 minutes each. But together, they build the bridges that get people from “this is great content” to “how do I work with you?”
To run your own Missing Money Check, follow these 3 steps:
Pick one place where people find you. Instagram bio, email signature, a blog post, podcast, etc.
Ask: “If someone lands here today, would they know how to take the next step?”
If not, fix it:
Add a CTA like “Download my free client checklist”
Update your link in bio to reflect your current offer
Create a signature in Gmail that links to your freebie, product, or session
This is how you create client flow—from your presence to your paid offers.
When these small bridges are in place:
You get more clicks.
More replies.
More DMs asking “How can I work with you?”
More coaching clients without needing more content.
Because most of the time?
You don’t need more eyeballs.
You just need your existing audience to know what to do next.

You’re not doing anything wrong.
But you might be missing opportunities—and money—because your online presence isn’t pointing anywhere.
Run your Missing Money Check this week.
Update a few bridges.
Make it easy for clients to say yes.
Because they’re already ready.
Let’s not make them guess.
