I used to think success was about getting the right strategy, the right offer, the right audience. Like if I could just unlock that one missing piece, everything would fall into place.
And maybe you’ve thought the same.
But what I’ve learned, what I know now, is that business isn’t just a series of strategies or a ton of hard work on your laptop building things. It’s not just about the external things you build.
It’s about you.
Your growth. Your mind management. Your energy.
Because no matter what marketing strategy you try, what business model you pick, what shiny new system you invest in, your business will always be a reflection of you.
And that means the biggest personal growth journey you’ll ever take? Is this one.
Basically, how you experience yourself = how you experience business.
You like to think you can separate business from personal stuff. That you can just show up, do the work, and keep everything else in a tidy little box.
But there’s this one little issue…
Your business mirrors how you experience yourself.
But when you grow internally, when you learn to trust yourself, to manage your mind, to shift your energy, your business shifts too.
Suddenly, clarity comes easier. And regularly. Decisions don’t feel so heavy or difficult. Opportunities appear because you’re open to them.
It’s the way everything works.
Neville Goddard said: “The world is a mirror forever reflecting what you are doing within yourself.”
Which means… if business isn’t growing?
The real question is: where are you resisting growth? (What reservations do you have?)
We crave certainty as human beings, but growth requires openness to all possibilities (even the ones you can’t fathom or see).
One of the biggest reasons you get stuck is because you crave certainty.
You want to know:
Certainty feels safe. It’s why you hesitate, overthink, and wait for the perfect moment.
Because if you just had proof, you’d feel confident moving forward. You wouldn’t hesitate, right?!
But business doesn’t give you proof first.
It gives you experiences.
And those experiences?
They’re either going to grow you or keep you stuck, depending on how you choose to see them.
You can see challenges as roadblocks…Or you can see them as part of the process.
You can take failure as a sign to quit…Or you can take it as feedback and adjust.
Because at the end of the day, it’s not the circumstance that determines success.
It’s how you navigate the circumstances.
Create your own growth (and business success) from the inside out.
Here’s what I know for sure:
What you do need is a willingness to commit to your own expansion no matter how tough it might feel at times.
Because this isn’t just about building a business.
It’s about creating your own economy. Your own way of doing things. Your own impact.
Take it seriously. But don’t let it consume you.
Because business? It’s just one small part of the bigger picture that’s you.
The real journey? Is the one where you become the person who can BE the business you want.
Your business grows when you grow. And the further you’re willing to take it, the greater the impact.
